The company also has Ms Rani Reddy as part of its Management team and with her
extensive experience within the clothing industry her roles involve generating new
business, while overseeing the operational aspects of the company.<\/p>

Ms Reddy started off as a mere service hand 29 years ago, and with her determination
and will to succeed moved on to be a qualified machinist and thereof a Supervisor for
the past fifteen years and finally all her experience and sheer hard work culminated to
her position a\u00bb Manageress of this dynamic und versatile company called Vanica
Fashions.<\/p>

Her talent and focus lies in her ability to handle staff, oversee and ensure deadlines
are met. Her duties and role as Manageress includes the purchasing and estimation of
all stock and to ensure all orders are dealt with efficiently and professionally, Quality
